There’s a Pinky and the Brain bit from Animaniacs where Brain is recording a commercial, and arguing about the text. I remember having heard that it had something to do with an old recording of Orson Welles recording a commercial, and that it was a play on that. If you don’t remember the bit I’m talking about, you will when you watch the original Orson Welles version dubbed over Pinky and the Brain.
Now, what this demonstrates is that the voice actor for Brain, Maurice LaMarche (who also has made an appearance in the comments thread for this video) sounded exactly like Orson Welles when he did this. It’s not so much a play on the Orson Welles recording as an eerie facsimile. I knew he was talented, but damn.

Oh, I LOVE that Orson Welles recording. I just stumbled across it (and the accompanying story behind it) for the first timea few months ago.
The Pinky and Brain dubbing is beyond perfect.
