By the way, this was a great source for herbs: Mountain Rose Herbs. They sell all organics, and they came in heavy-duty resealable bags, not thin sandwich-type bags. Also, they have stringent freshness requirements. I shopped for herbs in a local health-food store and felt like some of them had been there since 1972.
